GREEN BUILDING

Registered under the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), the entire complex is eligible for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) gold certification through its energy- and water-efficient infrastructure. The building is designed from the ground up with high solar reflectance surfaces to maximize energy savings by reducing the “heat island effect.” Additionally, high-efficiency motion sensors in each suite automatically switch off lights in unoccupied areas, while low-flow and flush water systems help minimize consumption.
